Caloric intake
I know I can cook well, but for some reason I haven't been trying at all. Last night I ate a chicken, rice, and cream sauce casserole type of thing. It is supposed to feed a family of 4-6. I later found out that I had consumed over 300 percent of the daily recommended saturated fat for a 2000 calorie diet. This afternoon I ate at Gordon Biersch and had a pretty big steak burger. Just half an hour ago I ate reheated Chinese food. Rice and something similar to sweet and sour pork but the real kind. Not the cheap deep fried American type.
