wasted time

Today i fufilled a dream that I have had since I was eight. I watched Street Fighter, the movie. This is probably one of the worst movies I have ever seen, and I can't tell if it is supposed to be funny or serious.
Let's see... In the movie E. Honda isnt Japanese. Guile isnt American. No one throws a fireball or does any of those special moves (except Guile. he does that crazy kick thing). Pretty bad story line also. M. Bison wants a 200 billion dollar ransom for a bunch of hostages, and the streetfighter cast goes and tries to save the day.
I recommend watching it for yourself even though it is absolutely horrible.

I love that movie!
How dare you make fun of it?
It was clearly made with a refined sense of the beauty of camp humor and childhood nostalgia. It brings to mind the simple joys of films of the past such as Casino Royale, which presented themselves with a demure blend of sincerity and a self-deprecating sense of humor that acknowledged the ridiculousness of the fantastic with a subtle nod to Dadaism.

Uhhhhh, Bison totally does a special move with lightning...and how can you be more American than Jean Claude van Damn? Did you really want Sylvester Stallone in there? I didn't think so... The only thing I would critique in that movie is that they made D-Jay a little pussy biatch when he was the best Street Fighter ever
